Things to consider prior to booking:
Retainers:
%50 of the rental fee is due at the time of your booking. The contract and retainer is due in order to secure your date for the event. If you are booking a package there is a retainer of 50% that’s due at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due 3 weeks prior to your date.
Parking
There is free parking. Please ask guest to park in the parking lot and not on the streets.
Security
Security is required for any teen parties. Security is suggested if there is any alcohol being served.
Smoking
There is absolutely NO SMOKING at The T4h Event Center. If smoking is detected, your event will end immediately with no refund of any money. You will not receive your security deposit back.
Fundraising Events
As a private event center, for events, tickets must be sold prior to the event. Money can not be collected at the door.
Liability
T4H Event Center is listed formally as Its Time4Homeschool LLC. We will not assume the responsibility for damage to or loss of property. We do not supply food or beverages. T4H Event Center is not responsible for illness due to food or beverage consumption while at the facility. For outside food, the food must be brought from the store or prepared by a catering company prior to the event. We are responsible for anyone getting hurt while in the event space.
Music & Sound
Live Bands and Dj’s are welcomed. We have 500 watt bluetooth speaker with a microphone.
Cleaning
It is required that you restore the space back to its original condition and that you clear the trash from the trash cans at the end of your event. We have trash cans out back. If the space is not restored to the condition it was found in, you will not receive your security deposit.
Decor
Nothing can be attached, taped, or tacked to the walls or ceilings. No confetti. If you are using balloons please ensure that they are weighted.
Weapons
Weapons are not permitted.

Do you have more than 1 location?
Yes. We have two locations in Hiram, GA (T4H I: 159 Enterprise Path Hiram GA) (T4H II: 76 Highland Pavilion CT Hiram GA )
Do you offer Event Planning with the rental?
Yes, we offer event planning and decor but there is an additional price.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, there is a security deposit of $150.00 prior to the date of your event. This is NOT apart of the rental rate.
Do you have payment plans?
Yes! Give us a call we will definitley work with you.
How do I pay for the rental?
You may pay via invoice, Zelle, or cash..
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, there is a security deposit of $150. If the space is left clean with no damages, you will receive the security deposit back. This $150 is NOT included in your rental fee.
Is smoking allowed in the event center?
No, absolutely no smoking is allowed.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please be advised we are not responsible for weather, travle, or guest circumstances. Cancellations must be in writing. We will not accept cancellations in a text or a voicemail. All retainers are non refundable within 60 days of the event. If you cancel before 60 days, you will receive a refund minus a $75.00 convienece fee.
